Woman sustains minor injuries after crashing vehicle into front of Mimico home

Mimico: A woman sustained minor injuries after she crashed her vehicle into the front of a Mimico home early Saturday morning.
Reports from the scene indicate that the woman was travelling eastbound on Lake Shore Boulevard near Royal York Road just before 5 a.m. when she lost control of her vehicle, mounted a curb, took out a fire hydrant and then hit the house.
Police say that they do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
Traffic Services is investigating.
