Man gets life imprisonment for murdering teenage Indian wife in London
Amritsar, October 4: Punjab Congress president Capt Amarinder Singh today alleged that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal in league with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh was creating war hysteria in the state as part of design.
He was touring border villages in Khemkaran sector that has witnessed every war with Pakistan.
He said the design was to create fear psychosis to divert attention of the people from the real issues in view of the forthcoming Assembly election in February next.
He questioned the Union Home Ministry ministry as to why people had been evacuated in the border areas in Punjab alone and not in Rasjasthan or Gujarat. HE said it was strange that threat was being perceived only to Punjab.
He met a large number of families in the border area.
