Amritsar, October 23: The ragis of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee and parcharaks separately demanded reinstatement of the Panj Piaras who were placed under suspension on October 21 for summoning high priests.
The raised this demand when SGPC interacted with them separately.
The ragis said they had not minded two of their colleagues too having been suspended along with some senior employees. however, they pressed for immediate reinstatement of the Panj Piaras.
As Makkar was having meetings with a section of the, yet another SGPC employee Ramandeep Singh barged in to demand Makkar’s resignation for getting diktats from Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal while throwing his resignation at him.
