Arthur Irving, one of Canada’s richest people, dies at 93
Chandigarh, August 22: The Punjab Government today transferred three IAS officers and three PCS officers with immediate effect.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of CMO said that the Chief Minister cleared the file to this effect this evening. Mr. Jaspal Singh, IAS Secretary Expenditure and Science, Technology & Environment has been transferred and posted as Secretary PWD thus relieving Mr. NS Kalsi Additional Chief Secretary of this additional charge. Likewise, Mr. Anurag Verma, IAS available for posting has been posted as Secretary Science, Technology & Environment and also given the Additional charge of Secretary Agriculture thereby relieving Mr. Vivek Partap, IAS of additional charge. Mr. Krishan Kumar, IAS available for posting had been posted as Secretary Expenditure in place of Mr. Jaspal Singh, IAS.
Mr. Saurabh Kumar Arora, PCS posted as SDM Batala has been transferred and posted as Joint Commissioner Municipal Commissioner Amritsar. Mr. Hardeep Singh, PCS posted as SDM Faridkot has also been given the additional charge of DTO Faridkot. Likewise, Mr. Jasvir Singh, PCS under training at Jalandhar has been now deputed at Mohali for training.
