Election Commission appoints 15 expenditure observers in Punjab
Chandigarh, January 17: The Punjab and Haryana High Court today annulled appointment of Suresh Kumar as Principal Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh.
The court observed the appointment was in violation of the rules.
