CHANDIGARH, OCTOBER 15: The Punjab Government has allotted stations to the newly promoted principals of the Government colleges. Stating this, a spokesperson of the Higher Education Department said that the promoted Principals had sought choice stations from the Higher Education Minister, Punjab, Mr. Surjit Singh Rakhra following which the allotments have been made.
The spokesperson divulged that Savita Sharma has been appointed as Principal Government Shivalik College Naya Nangal, Jasbir Singh as Principal Government College Sunam, Poonam Jain as Principal Government College Dhudike, Harbans Lal as Principal Government College Amargarh, Gurcharan Kaur as Principal Government College Bhulath, Surjit Kaur as Principal Government Science and Research College Jagraon, Shaminderjit Singh as Principal Government College Kala Afghana, Parvinder Kaur (Economics) as Principal Government College Tanda Urmur, Parminder Kaur (Home Science) as Principal Government College Talwara, Ishtpreet Kaur as Principal Government College Mansa, Harminder Kaur as Principal Government College of Education Faridkot, Nutan Sharma as Principal Government College Tarn Taran, Vijay Kumar Khinder as Principal Government College Jandiala, Dharampal as Principal Government College Zira, Jaswant Singh as Principal Government College Nabha (after the retirement of current incumbent on 31st October), Sukhraj Singh as Principal Government College Faridkot and Harjot Singh Bhatia as Principal Government College Nial Patran.
