PRESIDENT’s POLICE MEDAL FOR GALLANTRY FOR HEAD CONSTABLE RAM LAL

* SSP TARNTARAN MANMOHAN SHARMA AND 12 POLICE OFFICIALS TO GET POLICE MEDAL FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE

Chandigarh, January 25: Punjab Police Head Constable Mr. Ram Lal has been awarded President’s Police medal for Gallantry on the occasion of Republic Day-2016. It may be mentioned here that HC Ram Lal, No. 592/ Gurdaspur had shown exemplary courage by engaging terrorists in gun battle during Dinanagar police station attack in Gurdaspur district last year. Besides this, SSP Tarntaran Mr. Manmohan Kumar Sharma and 12 other police officials have been awarded police medal for meritorious service.
