Perjury charge against investigating officials in Badal case dismissed

Chandigarh,The Punjab and Haryana high court on Wednesday quashed perjury charges against three IPS officers of Punjab BK Uppal, S Chattopadhyaya and Surinder Pal Singh (retd), the perjury charges and strictures slapped against them in a judgment of the special judge, SAS Nagar, on October 1, 2010.while dismissing the case of disproportionate assets against Parkash Singh Badal, Sukhbir Singh Badal and others.
