PCS union elects chief, lists priorities

Chandigarh, The annual general body meeting of the Punjab Civil Services (PCS) (Executive Branch) Officers Association today unanimously elected Harjit Singh Kandhola as the union president. The association also gave him the mandate to choose his team. The meeting was attended by around 100 PCS officers from Punjab and Chandigarh.

The PCS officers put on record the problems being faced by the union members and asked the executive body to work towards ensuring better service conditions for them.

The members claimed that they were working amid “tough conditions with meagre resources available to them”
