One person arrested after fatal stabbing in

North York, One person has been pronounced dead and another person has been arrested following a stabbing at a home in North York Sunday night.
It happened in the Don Mills Road and Van Horne Avenue area, south of Finch Avenue around 8:45 p.m. last night, police said.
A female caller told 911 that there were two people fighting inside a home and that one of them was armed with a knife.

Police arrived on scene and found one victim suffering from a head injury without vital signs. That person was rushed to hospital and pronounced dead there a short time later.
Two other people were taken to hospital with minor injuries, Toronto EMS said.
Police said one of those people, a 43-year-old, suffered head injuries and was arrested at the scene.
The other person transported to hospital was the caller, police said.
The age and sex of the victim have not yet been released.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
