Man gets life imprisonment for murdering teenage Indian wife in London
Jalandhar, December 5: Former captain of the Indian wonen hockey team and Arjuna awardee Rajbir Kaur joined the bandwagon of Aam Aadmi Party rebels saying this party is no different from others.
She said herbelief and trust in Aam Aadmi Aarty had been shattered. AAP was believed to be known for its integrity and promises but none had been shown in the recent activity going by the way the Jalandhar Cantt ticket had been allotted to a person who was no better than her. Moreover, that person doesn’t even belong to Cantt contingency.
“I’m well recognized woman in the world. Moreover I belong to the Cantt area. People are well aware of me and my leadership here. I fail to understand the reasons he is chosen over me. My achievements and records have been set in the history of this country and I still can’t understand how a person with such less qualities have surpassed me”, she added
She said the only one quality he had was his money power. She believed AAP’s main agenda was corruption free country but had now realised it was no different from other political parties on this issue. She said continued with the party even after her husband Gurmail Singh’s services were dispensed away with after she joined the party.
She said, “ We were ready to give this party our best but today the party have shown they also are ruled by people who are selling tickets and not giving to deserving candidate.”
