Election Commission appoints 15 expenditure observers in Punjab
Chandigarh, Mr Manohar Lal Khattar, who will be sworn in as chief minister of Haryana tomorrow, personally rang up Deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today evening and invited him to participate in his swearing in ceremony.
Disclosing this, the Deputy CM’s media advisor Jangveer Singh said Mr Badal however expressed his regrets to Mr Khattar as he was on a family trip in Rajasthan.
Mr Jangveer Singh said Mr Khattar also conveyed to the Deputy CM that he had been trying to reach him since yesterday.
The Deputy CM had left for a private trip to Rajasthan immediately after Diwali.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundra Raje,Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Gujarat CM Anandiben Patel, Punjab CM Parkash Singh Badal and Goa CM Manohar Parrikar and a number religious leaders to attend Manohar Lal Khattar’s swearing in on Sunday as Haryana Chief Minister.
