Bigg Boss 9: Rimi Sen finally bids adieu to the show

New Delhi: Rimi Sen was eliminated from the show on Tuesday night after garnering less votes than Mandana Karimi, Rochelle Rao, Rishabh Sinha and Digangana Suryavanshi who were also nominated for this week’s elimination.
The Dhoom actress, who participated in the show, in a hope to learn team management turned out to be the most disappointing contestant of the season due to her lackadaisical attitude.
She survived seven weeks despite reluctantly participating in the tasks, breaking rules, disrespecting the show and constantly whining about wanting to quit the show. She was often seen bad mouthing Bigg Boss. Her unwillingness to participate in tasks was a matter of constant annoyance for the housemates. Her selfishness and audacity touched a new low when the housemates lost their entire luxury budget due to her non-participation and instead of feeling sorry, she laughed off the punishment. Showing her worse side, she refused to part with her make up in lieu of luxury budget.

Last week, Bigg Boss had opened the gates for those who wanted to leave the show. To everyone’s surprise Rimi refused to leave saying she will go out through voting process. When show host Salman Khan confronted her about the same she defended herself by saying that she has gotten used to the house in seven weeks and it makes no sense to take a drastic step now.
Her brazen declaration about making crores without moving an inch did not go down well with the contestants, the audience and Salman Khan. The superstar repeatedly warned her to mend her ways but she turned a deaf ear to him. Despite facing humiliation from all quarters, Rimi felt no remorse.
According to reports, the only motivation that kept Rimi going is a supposed ‘Rs 2-crore contract’ with the makers, where in she would receive the sum if she is voted out or thrown out by the makers. If she were to quit on her own she would only be eligible for 20 per cent of the total amount. Guess, Rimi had the last laugh!
