Akki`s `Airlift` announced tax free in UP

New Delhi, Akshay Kumar’s ‘Airlift’ that narrates the story of Iraq’s invasion in Kuwait has been recently announced tax free in Uttar Pardesh.

Announcing the news, the 48-year-old actor took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “Just been informed the Uttar Pradesh Govt. has declared #Airlift as Tax Free. Thank you to the young and progressive team led by @yadavakhilesh.”

Meanwhile, leading lady of the flick, Nimrat Kaur, tweeted, “So incredible and hopefully a first of many more to follow . #TaxFree #Airlift.”

Directed by Raja Menon, ‘Airlift’ is gaining worldwide recognition and might soon enter the INR 100 crore club.
