Sukhbir Mourns Sad Demise Of Former Mp And Veteran Akali Gurcharan Singh Galib

Chandigarh, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal today expressed deep grief over the sad demise of former Member Parliament and veteran Akali leader Mr. Gurcharan Singh Galib, (82) who breathed his last at Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, Mr. Badal said that with the death of Mr. Galib we have lost a simple hearted mass leader, who besides serving the public at large also contributed a lot for deprived sections of society. Mr. Badal said the passing away of Mr. Galib has also created a void in Shiromani Akali Dal, which cannot be bridged easily.
Sharing his heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family Mr. Badal prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and strength to them to bear irreparable loss.
