Chandigarh, Leader of Opposition Sunil Jakhar, in a scathing attack on SAD-BJP government charged that by not migrating Students of Chintpurni Medical College, Pathankot which had de-recognised by Medical Council of India, state government was playing the future of coming generations.

Parkash Singh Badal is preferring polls in Haryana and so far none in the government even bothered to give ear to the grievances of these medical students while despite of being in Amritsar, State Medical Education Minister preferred to stay away from these innocent students, Jakhar said. “The brutal cane Charge on Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) cleared Youth protesting for jobs by Punjab police at Mohali itself evidently proved that SAD-BJP government had become insensitive towards young generations”, lashed out Jakhar.
In name of recruitment form fees, state government had collected a huge cache of funds from poor unemployed youth but it’s ironical that Youth was yet compelled to raise voice their for jobs in every nook and corner of state but authorities concerned are least bothered, said Jakhar.
In its manifesto, Akalis promised to give jobs to two lakh youth per year but in reality during thirty months of regime, youth had been awarded with sticks only, State Jakhar.
