Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, September 9: On the orders of Punjab Deputy Chief Minister, the Director General of Police, Punjab has constituted a special team under the supervision of Mr, Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota , IPS, Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab to look in to the complaints of cotton farmers regarding alleged supply of spurious Pesticides/Insecticides. This team will comprise of Mr. BK Bawa, IGP/Bathinda Zone, Mr. JK Jain, IGP/Intelligence & Counter Intelligence and Mr. G. Nageshwar Rao, IGP/Crime, Punjab.
