SHRUTI SHUKLA A CELEBRATED EDUCATIONIST ADDS ANOTHER FEATHER TO HER CAP

Chandigarh August 17-Shruti Shukla a celebrated educationist adds another feather to her cap when she was conferred with state award on 69th state level Independence Day at SAS Nagar. Also, a recipient of the state award from education department Mrs Shukla was awarded by the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal for doing high-quality work in the education sector.

Presently working as State Coordinator and Deputy Director (guidance and counselling) in State Council of Education and Training (SCERT) she led a state-wide anti-cheating campaign successfully to curb the copying in PSEB examinations. As a state convener she covered the state and delivered motivational lectures with presentations to the students and their parents.

Mrs Shukla has implemented various unique initiatives and intensive plans related with the guidance and counselling besides launching anti-copying campaign in the state schools. She is acclaimed as a dedicated and committed official of the education department and have got “Swabhiman Award” of empowered women from Governor Chhhattisgarh Mr Balramji Das Tandon in 2015.
