Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Amritsar, January 1: – The executive committee of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee today retired four of the five Panj Piaras while the fifth had retired yesterday.
The decision to this effect was taken at an emergency meeting of the executive committee.
They include Satnam Singh, Tirlok Singh, Mangal Singh and Satnam Singh Khanda while Major Singh retired yesterday.
It may be mentioned in the continuing head on, the Panj Piaras had directed the SGPC to dismiss Akal Takht Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh, Takht Keshgarh Sahib Jathedar Giani Mal Singh and Takht Damdama Sahib acting Jathedar Giani Gurmukh Singh for the flip flop in the exoneration of Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh.
Employees of the SGPC, their services have been terminated for violating service rules and damaging the Panth.
