Jobs in all sectors of economy – The strategy would entail exploring opportunities in all the segments of economy namely primary, secondary and tertiary and further looking into specific sub sectors, which have great potential in the State to generate jobs. It will particularly focus on sectors where State has tremendous advantages such as food processing, garmenting, electronics, MSME, IT/ITES, tourism, hospitality, health and education apart from other service sectors.
Aligning sectoral policies with job creation- The State will align various sectoral policies of development of technical education, higher education, skill development, industrial development including manufacturing and service industry, energy and agriculture etc. with overarching objective of job creation
Job opportunities to be driven by private sector – While the strategy would include job opportunities in public sector, it would largely be driven by job opportunities in private sector
