Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, The Punjab Government has notified 14 Assistant District Attorneys as Additional Public Prosecutor and notification in this regard has been issued.
Giving details in this regard an official spokesman said that Punjab has appointed 14 Assistant District Attorneys (ADA) as Additional Public Prosecutors (APP) under sub section (3) of section 24 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974). He said ADAs, who have been appointed as APP included Mr. Tejinder Singh Bal, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Mr. Bhupinder Kumar Sharma, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mr. Surinder Kumar Sachdeva, Mr. Navneet Kumar Gupta, Mr. Ritu Jain, Mrs. Jagjit Kaur Walia, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Mr. Lalit Mohan, Mr. Nanu Ram, Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Mr. Arvind Markan and Mr. Charanjit Singh.
