Chandigarh,The Punjab Education Department has been settled 58 cases at the spot in district level public meetings. 56 more cases were forwarded to higher authority for settlement. On the directions of Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Education Minister, Punjabthe department recently had been organised public meetings in all district head quarters.
Disclosing this here today Mr. Balbir Singh Dhol, DPI (Secondary Education) said that the department had organised district level public meetings to resolve the grievances of general public and employees of education department at local level. For smooth conduction of public meetings, education department had been appointed 22 observers for all districts.
Mr. Dhol said that 183 cases presented in all meetings across the state and 58 cases disposed of at the spot. He said that 56 cases forwarded were forwarded to the appropriate authority to take action and 11 cases were under processing.
