Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, Punjab Congress today mourned the ghastly and barbaric killing of more than 130 school children in Peshawar by terrorists. Congress leaders paid tribute by lighting candles in Congress Bhawan Chandigarh. S. Fateh Jang Singh Bajwa General Secretary PPCC said that this act of terrorism is the worst in the recent history. Everybody is shocked and dismayed at the barbaric act which needs to be condemned at all levels.
He said that Congress party has always been opposed to all forms of terrorism and our senior leaders Smt Indira Gandhi, Sh. Rajiv Gandhi and S. Beant Singh sacrificed their lives fighting the terrorism.
