Chandigarh, Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal today directed that property returns of all Punjab civil and police officers would be uploaded on the official websites of their respective departments.
Taking decision in this regard here while presiding over a meeting with Punjab Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary Home and DGP Vigilance, Mr. Badal asked trio to initiate process in this regard so the property details of all categories of officers in civil and police cadre in the state could be uploaded on websites at the earliest. Mr. Badal said that property details of all officers should be in public domain on websites.
This issue came to fore in the meeting and Deputy CM directed CS and PSH to ensure that complete property details of all officers should be uploaded in full transparent manner. He asked them to issue necessary directions to the officers appointed at headquarters and in field.
