The company has also decided to set up a helpline for convenience of passengers,” said the statement issued today. However, this order to pull off the buses has been taken only for the Orbit Aviation buses that ply on 61 routes. The other buses, owned by transport companies, where the Badals have a share and direct and indirect interest — Indo Canadian, Dabwali Transport Company, Taj Travels, Hargobind Travels etc. — will continue to ply on the same routes as before. In all, the buses of these transport companies, in which Badals are learnt to have a shareholding, ply on almost 230 routes.
