One arrested after man stabbed in entertainment district

Toronto: Toronto paramedics say a man is recovering in a hospital trauma centre after he was stabbed in the city’s entertainment district overnight Sunday.
Police said in a tweet that the stabbing occurred somewhere near the corner of John Street and Adelaide Street West. Paramedics said they were called to the area at 2:46 a.m.
The victim is now in stable condition.
Police tweeted that they have one person in custody related to this incident.
