Minimum service eligibility for IAS for partial funding of foreign studies reduced

Chandigarh, The Department of Personnel and Training, Government of india today amended its earlier instructions issued on 6th May 2011 regarding  the partial funding component of Domestic Funding of Foreign Training (DFFT) Scheme and reduced the minimum service required for applying for partial funding by IAS officers from the existing 9 years to 7 years. This was disclosed by an official spokesperson of the government
