Man shot in abdomen in Little Italy

An adult male was rushed to hospital with serious injuries after he was shot in the abdomen outside a bar in Little Italy early Sunday morning.
According to police, two groups of men got into some sort of altercation outside Revival Bar on College Street at Shaw Street at around 2 a.m. when one of the men took out a gun and shot one of the other men.
No arrests have been made and police say they are looking for two suspects, who were seen running into a nearby parking lot.
“Witnesses on scene indicated that the suspects may have run in that direction and gotten into two vehicles so we are canvassing the area for (surveillance) video to see if we can determine the direction of travel for those two vehicles,” Sgt. Peter Morris said.
