Ludhiana gangrape: Another accused arrested, Badal sent to police custody

Ludhiana, The police on Tuesday arrested another person accused of raping a 21-year-old hotel employee from Ambedkar Nagar near Model Town following a tip-off.  The accused has been identified as Sunny, a resident of Ambala.
