LANGUAGE DEPARTMENT TO INITIATE FREE COACHING CLASSES OF URDU IN CHANDIGARH FROM JULY 1: RAKHRA

CHANDIGARH, JUNE 23: The department of languages, Punjab is all set to start free classes for Urdu learning, middle level in Chandigarh from July 1, 2015.

Disclosing this here today Higher Education and Languages Minister Mr. Surjit Singh Rakhra said that classes will be held for six months from5.15 pm to 6.15 pm at Gosawmi Ganesh Dutt S.D College, Sector 32, Chandigarh in association with the college.

Mrs. Manjit Kaur, Assistant Director of the department said that any person residents of Chandigarh, Panchkula and SAS Nagar can take admission in this course. She said that the willing aspirants could contact Assistant Director (Hindi/Punjabi Cell), Punjab Secretariat-2 in Sector 9, Chandigarh from 9 am to 5 pm or the Urdu teacher at S.D. College from 5.15 pm to 6.15 pm on any working day.
