Jalandhar, December 16, 2022: Kick-starting ‘Punjabi NRIs Naal Milni’ here in presence of NRIs from districts of Doaba region, NRI Affairs Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal on Friday said that Punjab Government would come up with a special policy for Punjabi diaspora in the New Year paving a way to facilitate Punjabi NRIs in different sectors as well as addressing their issues within minimal time.
Presiding over ‘Punjabi NRIs Naal Milni’ held here at local St Soldier Campus, Cabinet Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal said that the state government was committed to prompt resolution of their grievances with taking an magnificent step today itself in this direction.
This endeavour of State Government, under able leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, will go a long way bringing positive and constructive outcome to redress their issues. The NRIs will make active partner in the State’s holistic development, said the Minister expressing immense satisfaction over the enthusiastic response of the Punjabi Diaspora towards Milni initiative.
