New Delhi: While the rumour mills were running extra time in spreading the news about actress Kriti Sanon’s next film, the actress has broken her silence on it. The ‘Heropanti’ star has revealed that she has not been offered ‘Sultan’ opposite superstar Salman Khan as yet.
“Even I read about me doing ‘Sultan’ in newspapers… I don’t really know where it comes from and who gets to know all this. They don’t even confirm or check before they write. I would love to do it but I have not been approached so far,” Kriti told PTI on the sidelines of a Gillette Venus event here last night.
The 25-year-old actress will be next seen in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming project “Dilwale”, which also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Varun Dhawan.
Asked why it took her a while to sign her second Bollywood project, Kriti said, “I always knew that it takes time for your second film to happen. I didn’t want to sign anything in hurry. In most of the actor’s career there has always been a little gap between first and the second film.”
