KEJRIWAL AND MINISTERS LIFT THEIR DHARNA TO JOIN OFFICE IS VICTORY OF PEOPLE OF DELHI : VERMA, SIRSA

New Delhi : After wasting precious nine days of the people of Delhi the Chief Minister Mr. Arvind Kejrwal and his ministers were forced to lift their dharna to join their offices. We had promised to the people of Delhi that we will not lift out protests at Delhi Secretariat until Mr. Kejriwal and his minister join office and we have kept our promise. This was stated by MP Mr. Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma and MLA Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa here today.

After lifting their dharna and hunger strike after the visit of Union Minister Dr. Harshvardhan who apprised the protesting leaders of the party directive, these leader said that Kejriwal and his team has achieved nothing during their nine day protests.

Mr. Sirsa said that he had time and again pointed out that Mr. Kejriwal and his team is resorting to this dharna tactics only to strike a deal with the Congress party for coming election. He said that their protests had nothing to do with the welfare of people of Delhi. They said that lifting of their dharna and now rejoining office was a victory of the people of Delhi.

It is worth mentioning here that the Delhi MP Mr. Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma and MLAs Vijendra Gupta, Jagdish Pradhan, Manjinder Singh Sirsa and Kapil Mishra today winded up their protests at the CM Secretariat after Union Minister Dr. Harshvardhan visited the protesting leaders and urged them to wind up their hunger strike and dharna as asked by the party leadership.

Accepting the party direction these leaders winded up their hunger strike and protest. They thanked the party leadership and people of Delhi for their support. Dr. Harshvardhan was accompanied by other leaders including Kuljit Chahal, Ravinder Gupta and Anil Sharma.

Urging the CM Mr.Kejriwal to stop his drama and start working for the betterment of the people of Delhi, both the leaders asked him to sort out the problem of potable water as soon as possible so that people of Delhi can get relief from this crisis. They said that during these days of protests people of the National Capital have already suffered a lot and now it was responsibility of the AAP government to work overtime to bring the working on track.
