Chandigarh, September 20: The stay granted by Punjab and Haryana High Court on Justice Ranjit Singh Commission report is to continue.
The next hearing has been fixed for October 11.
Three retired police officers including former Moga SSP Charanjit Singh Sharma had moved the court challenging Ranjit panel report that has recommended action against them. The court had granted stay on September 20 and issued notice to Punjab government for September 20.
