HC disposes petition on Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras Act

Chandigarh,  High court disposes petition challenging Haryana legislative assembly’s competence to enact the controversial Haryana Sikh Gurdwaras (Management) Act, 2014, stating that the similar case is pending with the Supreme Court.
