Gujarat : Body of second BSF jawan, who had drowned, recovered

Kutch : The body of the Border Security Force’s jawan, who had drowned on Saturday in Lakki Nala creek during a routine exercise, was recovered from Koteswar area by the local fishermen today, officials said.

“Body of BSF Jawan, who went missing after the drowning incident yesterday, was found today by local fishermen from Koteswar area in Lakhpat tehsil in Kutch district,” a BSF official said.

The deceased jawan was identified as Pipal Kutti, native of Tamil Nadu. Two jawans had drowned yesterday during BSF’s routine excercise. The body of sub-inspector DS Rathore was found on Saturday itself.
