Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh

Group Captain RK Ramamoorthy took over the command of 1 technical type training school, Air Force station Highgrounds ( 1TETTRA School Highgrounds) from Group Captain HS Gadhok..On this occasion, a handing over parade was held which marked the change of command.
Group Captain RK Ramamoorthy was commissioned in the 36 Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical) Branch on 11 Sep 1989. He is post graduate from
IIT, Kharagpur in Rubber Technology. He is alumnus of College of Defence Management. He has held several key field and staff appointments which include Senior Engineering Officer of Fighter Squadron, Production Engineer at a Base Repair Depot, Command Indigenisation Officer, Joint Director Maintenance Plans and Chief Engineering Officer of a Premier Fighter Base. His last tenure was at headquarters Maintenance Command.
