Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, The State Election Commission has announced to countermand the election of ward no 30 of Pathankot Municipal Corporation due to the death of a candidate.
Disclosing this here today an official spokesman of State Election Commission said that the candidate of BJP Mrs. Shashi Kala has died on late night of February 19. She was in the fray for Municipal Corporation election of ward no of 30 of Pathankot due on February 22. He said that now due to the death of the candidate the election of this ward has been countermanded.
