Chandigarh, August 14: The central and the state forensic laboratories and the probe by special investigation team set up by the Punjab government have ruled out the involvement of the Dabwali Transport company bus owned by the Badal family in the accident case on the Chandigarh-Ropar road in which one person was killed.
