Chandigarh/New Delhi, Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Parkash Singh Badal today called on the former Prime Minister of India Dr. Manmohan Singh here at his residence 3 Motilal Nehru Marg, this evening.
The Advisor to Chief Minister on National Affairs and Media Mr. Harcharan Bains, who accompanied the Chief Minister, described the meeting as a courtesy call. This was Mr. Badal’s first meeting with the former Prime Minister since the last general elections in the country, added Mr. Bains.
