Chandigarh, The Chief Secretary, Punjab Mr. Sarvesh Kaushal, IAS has ordered the officers of the Department of Governance Reforms to inspect all SUWIDHA Centres of the State on 2nd & 4th September, 2014 as part of sustained efforts of the state in bringing improvement in delivery of services to the citizens at SUWIDHA centers.
Accordingly Department of Governance Reforms has deputed its 22 Officers/Officials to visit all the Districts separately. As per orders, Mrs. Navdeep Kaur, Mr. Kalwarn Singh, Mr. Ankit Agarwal, Mr. Vivek Vatsa, Mr. Sahil Abrol, Mr. Mohit Saini, Mr. Manuj Sayal, Mr. Anshul Mishra, Mr. Abhishek Shukla, Mr. Dharam Singh, Mr. Sunil Wig, Mr. Ani Prakash Goyal, Mrs. Ravinder Kaur, Mr. Ashish Kumar, Mr. Devesh Sharma, Mr. Anwar, Mr. Ishu Das, Mr. Sumit Garg, Mr. Amritpal Singh, Mr. Kuldip Singh, Mr. Pankaj Mohan and Mr. Parveen Garg have been directed to conduct inspection of SUWIDHA centres in the districts Amritsar, Barnala, Bathinda, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahib, Fazilka, Ferozepur, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Ludhiana, Mansa, Moga, SAS Nagar, Mukatsar, S.B.S Nagar, Pathankot, Patiala, Roopnagar, Sangrur and Tarn Taran respectively.
The inspecting officers have been directed to inspect the overall functioning of SUWIDHA centres in terms of timely delivery of services, citizen facilitation and services being charged, upkeep of the centres and other operational and monitoring systems. They have been directed to conduct inspections of the SUWIDHA centres at District, Tehsil and Sub-Tehsil level.
