Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Mohali, July 4: Sucha Singh Chhotepur, despite reservation from some party MPs, would continue to be the convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab which was restructured today by creating 13 zones.
The announcement to this effect was made by party’s state incharge Sanjay Singh.
Each zone would have observer from Delhi and coordinator from the state. The office bearers for various wings were also announced.
Sanjay Singh said Delhi pattern would be followed in Punjab in the run up to the 2017 Assembly elections according to which manifesto would be finalised in consultation with the people and committees would be organised upto booth level.
He launched full throttle attack against the ruling Akali Dal –BJP combine and the Congress leaders including Capt Amarinder Singh and his MLA wife Preneet Kaur while referring to the Enforcement Directorate investigations against them under money laundering.
He said the BJP had miserably failed to fulfil its promise of “ache din”.
