The party had also decided to allow entry and representation to members of other communities in the party who leave aside the principles of the Manusmriti.
The party leadership accused the Congress, SAD-BJP and RSS of being anti-Dalits.
The leaders maintained that the Congress stopped BR Ambedkar from entering Parliament while the SAD and BJP were committing atrocities on the Dalits for long with the help of the police.
They claimed that the Congress and SAD were now conducting rallies on the 125th birthday of Babasaheb just to garner votes.

Several BSP leaders, including Punjab party incharge Megh Raj Singh, state president Avtar Singh Karimpuri, Punjab coordinator Prakash Bharti and Kuldip Singh Sardulgarh, were present in the rally held at Sardulgarh constituency of Mansa district.
State BSP president Avtar Singh Karimpuri said, “We will start a door-to-door campaign and visit ‘pind pind, ghar ghar’ under our campaign to bring BSP to power and save Punjab.
