Black flags have appeared on house tops in a number of villages and towns like Faridkot as mark of Black Diwali. According to the Ground reports, black flag marches are being staged in several villages in Mansa area as part of protest against sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib.
It may be mentioned that the call for Black Diwali has been given by several Sikh organisations in view of the series of incidents of sacrilege of scriptures and killing of two proters in police firing at Behbal Kalan.
