New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party has sent a legal notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal in connection with the latter’s allegations that the BJP was planning to create 5000 fake votes in each Delhi Assembly constituency.
Addressing a press conference here, Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay informed that they have sent a notice to Arvind Kejriwal as well as filed a complaint with the Election Commission.
“He has been making baseless allegations. They have complained to the EC but not given any evidence,” Upadhyay said.
On the question of government formation in Delhi, the BJP leader only said that the party will make its stand clear at the right time.
