Chandigarh, 17 Dec: Aam Aadmi Party Convener, Mr. Suchha Singh Chottepur today met Gurjant Singh, survivor in Brutal Abohar Murder Case, at a private hospital in Amritsar. Mr. Singh announced free medical treatment of the injured from the party side at Delhi. He also assured the family that Aam Aadmi Party will fight till the last breath to get the justice done.
Addressing the media after the meeting, Mr. Chottepur said “Even 5 days after the Abohar Dalit Murder Case, the police have still not arrested the prime accused in case, Shiv Lal Doda and his nephew Amit Doda at whose farmhouse the murder took place. The police are working under the pressure of Akali leaders and hesitating to book Doda because of his association with Akali Dal. We will not let the culprits roam free.” He warned police to book Doda and his nephew in 3 daysfailing to that Aam Aadmi Party will take start agitation all over the state.
Mr. Chottepur said that the Badals have pushed Punjab towards failure in every sphere. He said that it is the result of the terrible policies of the government that people are seeing no future in the state. Mr. Chottepur said that a Candle March will be organized against the atrocities of police on December 18 all over the state.
