APOLOGIZE TO VICTIMS OF 1984 SIKH CARNAGE TO SHOW YOUR SERIOUSNESS : SAD

New Delhi, The Shiromani Akali Dal has lashed out at the Congress President Mr. Rahul Gandhi for enacting a new drama on hate crimese and said that he should first apologize to the victims of the 1984 sikh carnage which was the worst hate crime committed in any part of the world.

In a statement released here today, Mr. Manjinder Singh Sirsa National Spokesman of the SAD, said that it was most surprising to see the newly found love of Rahul Gandhi and his criticism of hate crimes, as the Congress was itself mother of the hate crimes which occurred in Indian Society. He said that the National Capital Delhi and other parts of the nation have witnessed the worst ever hate crime in 1984 when Sikhs were targeted by the goons of the Congress party and more than 3 thousand were massacred in broad day light. He said that Mr. Rahul Gandhi has never criticized that sikh carnage and never sought apology for which his party was directly responsible.

Mr. Sirsa said that instead of accepting guilt of his party and his family, who was directly responsible for spreading hate in Indian society, Mr. Gandhi is now trying to mislead the people of the country. He said that Mr. Gandhi and his party will not succeed in their gameplan as the people of the Country were already aware of the divisive agenda of the Congress party. He said that every citizen of the country knows how the Congress tries to create a wedge between the people of different religions, castes and regions.

The SAD leader further said that it Mr. Rahul Gandhi is really serious on the issue of message of love, then he should first go the victims of the 1984 sikh carnage and seek apology publicly and accept before the people that his father and his party was responsible for all their sorrows, problems and issue that are result of 1984 bloodshed.

He said that people know that Mr. Gandhi will never do that because it is never in the agenda of the Congress to apply balm on the wounds of the people who suffered due to hate crimes committed by the Congressmen.
