RE-POLL ORDERED AT BOOTH NO. 3 OF WARD NO. 37 IN PATIALA

Chandigarh, December 17: The State Election Commission, Punjab has ordered a re-poll at the booth no. 3 of ward no. 37 of Municipal Corporation, Patiala due to the EVM being damaged in the polls conducted today.

Disclosing this, a spokesman of the State Election Commission, Punjab said that the commission has received a report from the R.O. and Observer of the booth no. 3 of the ward no. 37 of the Municipal Corporation Patiala that EVM here has been damaged. The R.O. has lodged an F.I.R. in this regard.

The commission acting on the received report has ordered re-poll at the booth no. 3 of the ward no. 37 of the Municipal Corporation Patiala on the 19th December, 2017, Tuesday.
