Driving Naari Programme launched in Chandigarh
Chandigarh, The Shiromani Akali Dal Core Committee today met to discuss in detail preparations for the civic elections due in Punjab sometime towards the end of next motnh. The one-point agenda
for the meeting focused on the likely issues on which to go the people. Detailed district wise reports were studied about the development and other achievements of the government.
According to party Gen Secretary ( Media and Publicity) Mr Harcharan Bains, the meeting was presided over by the Chief Minster Parkash Singh Badal while the party president and Deputy CM Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal spelt out the outlines of the poll strategy for the SAD-BJP alliance partners.
Mr Bains said that the party would announce its list of observers for different zones after it is cleared by the president Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal.tomorrow.
