New Delhi: A momentous occasion like a wedding is the perfect time for bridging old fights and letting bygones be bygones.
Salman seems to have kept aside all old differences and invited friend-turned-foe Shah Rukh Khan for his sister Arpita Khan’s wedding reception to long time boyfriend Aayush Sharma later in November.
The two Khans have not been speaking to each other since a major tiff a few years ago. Even though the two have been seen hugging each other at Iftar parties and award shows, they have yet not been in touch with each other otherwise.
But now if reports are to be believed, Salman has himself gone and invited King Khan for the mega event. The guest list also includes the Bachchan family who are known to have had sour relations with Sallu Bhai too. Salman’s good friend Aamir, co-star Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and other big names from the industry have also been called for the reception.
Arpita is tying the knot on November 21, at the Royal Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad, sources say.
The actor who was in Delhi shooting for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has also invited PM Narendra Modi personally.
